IMPORTANT: Bb Collaborate Class Recordings Set to be Deleted

This is an important announcement regarding Blackboard Collaborate Recordings. In an effort to manage storage capacity, the University has announced that after June 30th, all recordings made prior to May 1, 2021 will be deleted from Bb Collaborate's storage cloud. This will not affect recordings made during the upcoming summer 2021 session. It is important that you download any key recordings that you would like to keep before the June 30th deadline. This guide explains how to download recordings from BBC and upload them elsewhere.

NEW: Blackboard Collaborate Gallery View

Great news for Blackboard Collaborate users who have asked for additional video feeds. An updated Gallery view for moderators has been deployed which displays up to 25 participant video feeds simultaneously. There are multiple new view settings to explore, including tiled, speaker view, and focused zoom. Click here to read more about these and to watch a summary video.

Quercus Quick Tip: Sharing Pages

Have you ever wanted to share content from your course page with a colleague? There is a quick and easy way to send Quercus pages to colleagues without first enrolling them in your course. When you share a page, any assets within that page (images, files, etc.) will be included in the shared data. Click here to see how it's done.
